Shipping
Production and processing
All our lamps are 3D-printed on demand and handcrafted upon order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your order is dispatched, though during busy periods this may be longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Sweden: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of EU: 3 to 6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We currently ship within the EU only.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders within the EU.
Shipping carrier
Your order will be shipped with PostNord or a similar carrier. The carrier handling your shipment will be indicated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged or lost shipments
If you discover any damage to the packaging upon receipt, please report this to the shipping carrier immediately. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@stillaobjects.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Unclaimed shipments
If your order is sent to a pick-up location and is not collected within the time period communicated by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping costs plus a handling fee of SEK 150.
Returns and refunds
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, send a clear request to info@stillaobjects.com with your order number.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to change your mind. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear message to info@stillaobjects.com with your order number.
Please pack the product carefully in its original box, including all components, to protect it during return transport. We may charge you if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to test it, if components are missing, or if the packaging has been damaged more than necessary.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For full details, please see our Terms of Sale.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including lamps produced on demand specifically for your order.
Defects and warranty
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at info@stillaobjects.com.
Our products come with a three-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. For consumers in the EU/EEA, this corresponds to your statutory right to a legal warranty for non-conformity.
To make a warranty claim, send a notice of defect to info@stillaobjects.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Defects caused by misuse, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents are not covered.
If your claim is valid, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

We cover return shipping for valid warranty claims.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will issue it as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned product. Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at purchase.
