Terms of sale
General
1.1 We are Forsberg Studio AB, 559493-7426, Ramvägen 11, 122 44 Enskede, Stockholm, info@stillaobjects.com, operating under the trade name Stilla Objects ("Stilla", "us", or "our").
1.2 By purchasing any goods from us through our website www.stillaobjects.com (the "Website"), you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Sale"), unless otherwise agreed between you and us in writing.
1.3 Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order. You must accept these Terms of Sale and acknowledge our Privacy Policy prior to ordering. The most current version is always available on this page.
1.4 These Terms of Sale apply to consumer sales. If you wish to purchase as a business or other legal entity, please contact us at info@stillaobjects.com to arrange a separate agreement.
Prices and payment
2.1 Prices on the Website are shown in the currency of your country where available. All prices are inclusive of VAT and any applicable customs duties unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices on our Website without prior notice.
2.2 If a shipping fee applies to your order, it will be added at checkout before you place your order.
2.3 Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Orders
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from your parent or legal guardian, to purchase goods from us.
3.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy. Orders are binding for us only once we have confirmed your order in writing by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to special circumstances, such as a product being sold out, technical issues, or pricing errors on our Website. We also reserve the right to change the price of a product after you have placed an order, but before delivery, upon prior written notice to you. You will have the right to cancel your order if we have increased the price.
Delivery
4.1 Our lamps are 3D-printed on demand and manufactured upon your order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before dispatch. All shipping times set forth on our Website are estimates only and may be subject to change.
4.2 You may be informed via email in case of a delay. If the delay is of material importance to you, you have the right to cancel your order. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control or resulting from a force majeure event, such as war, natural disaster, fire, or other severe disruptions.
4.3 The goods are considered delivered once you have received them. Goods damaged during shipping shall be reported to us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@stillaobjects.com.
4.4 If you do not pick up your order from the pick-up location during the time period notified by the shipping company, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping costs (to you and back to us) plus a handling fee of SEK 150.
Right of withdrawal
5.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement by email to info@stillaobjects.com, including your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. If you live in Sweden, you may also use the standard form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency, but it is not mandatory.
5.3 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.4 If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.
5.5 You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us.

5.7 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5.8 The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including lamps produced on demand specifically for your order.
Warranty
6.1 Our products come with a three-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents.
6.2 For consumers in the EU/EEA, our three-year warranty corresponds to your statutory right to a legal warranty for non-conformity. You must notify us of the defect within reasonable time from when you became aware, or should have become aware, of it.
6.3 You may exercise your warranty rights by email to info@stillaobjects.com or by post to Forsberg Studio AB, Ramvägen 11, 122 44 Enskede, Stockholm. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos.
6.4 We examine all returned goods and determine if the defect is covered by warranty. If it is, we will at our discretion either (i) repair the goods, (ii) replace them in part or full, or (iii) refund the price. If you have returned a product to us and we determine that the defect is not covered by warranty, we may charge a handling fee of EUR 20 (or the equivalent in your order currency) plus the cost of shipping the product back to you.
Limitation of liability
7.1 Unless we have acted with gross negligence or intent, our liability to you shall be limited to direct losses and an amount equal to the price you have paid for the goods in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses or losses we could not have foreseen at the time of contract.
7.2 We do not warrant that all images on our Website reflect the exact appearance of our products, as colors and details may be affected by your monitor. We always strive to depict our products fairly.
Assignment
8.1 Neither we nor you may assign any rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale to a third party. We may, however, assign the right to receive payment from you to a third party without your consent.
Disputes
9.1 We will always strive to settle any dispute with you mutually. Please contact us at info@stillaobjects.com.
9.2 If you live in Sweden, any dispute we cannot resolve mutually may be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We will comply with ARN's decision.
9.3 These Terms of Sale shall be governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court.
9.4 Notwithstanding section 9.3, these Terms of Sale will not limit any consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer habitually residing in the EU or EEA, you may bring proceedings in any competent court of your place of residence.
Miscellaneous
10.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing products from us, you acknowledge having read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10.2 We, or our licensors, are the owner of all content on our Website. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other rights.
10.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. Any amendments shall not affect any purchase made prior to such amendment.
